Nkoma SS Gears Up for UACE Exams

Mbale City, Uganda – On Friday, November 8, 2024, Nkoma Secondary School held a crucial briefing, preparing 734 candidates for the upcoming Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) exams.

The candidates, comprising Arts and Science students, will sit for their exams in two centers: Nkoma SS main and Annex, with Science candidates outnumbering Arts candidates.

Director of Studies, Mr. Mudende Aluut, emphasized commitment and time management, urging students to “study your timetable carefully to avoid missing any papers.”

Mr. Kawanguzi Abubakr, Accounting Officer, encouraged candidates to believe in themselves. “Your parents and teachers have done their best. Now it’s your turn to showcase your efforts. We expect excellent results.” He cautioned female students to prioritize their well-being and avoid compromising their futures.

Mr. Lwanga Rashid reminded candidates to double-check their names on exam papers and emphasized the importance of maintaining good behavior and hard work. “If you keep this spirit, you will pass with flying colors.”

Mutonyi Shifah and Gagai Aisha, candidates, thanked the Head Teacher for providing necessary resources, improving the computer lab, and supporting their academic growth.

With thorough preparation in place, Nkoma Secondary School is confident that its candidates will excel in the UACE exams.
