I thank God for the PLE 2024 results of Sebei sub region & Kapchorwa in particular. The education team tried but did not impress, a lot needs to be done. I commend the private sector schools, you have done your best. This performance is an indicator of poor coordination between the political class & the technical team in service delivery. Cohesiveness can yield results because teams will identify gaps & mend them appropriately. The teacher & parent need to be mobilized in mindset change towards better.
