Ugandan Envoy to the UK Expelled

Ugandan Envoy to the UK Expelled

In a quiet way, Ugandan envoy to the UK silently returned back home but not but not just as quiet as it may sound but in an embarrassing way.

Just as a country which thought it was well prepared for war with old fighting war weapons , One of the top leaders at the Ugandan mission to the UK couldn’t believe it when they were hit hard by the advanced fighting systems of the UK.

Just as an expected running stomach at the party of your friend, Ugandan envoy is having a severe one which one should be near the toilet all the time following the allegations of human trafficking.

According to the Nile post website, the leadership to the UK envoy threatened to sue in case any of their names appears anywhere claiming that the allegations levied against them were false.

The publication further revealed that, reports from the Foreign Affairs ministry indicates that the envoy ran a human trafficking syndicate under the pretences of diplomatic privileges, smuggling Ugandan women into the UK under the pretext of hiring domestic workers.

“British authorities Unearthed that these women were later exploited and sold into domestic slavery, with [the envoy] profiting from their labour,” the source said.

The assertion indicates that British intelligence had kept watch on the envoy for months, coming to head in the envoy’s expulsion after one trafficked woman escaped, exposing forged work papers.

In an interview the envoy noted that they were refrained by the Public Service Orders to speak to the media without approval from the Permanent Secretary.

“I can only tell you that whatever information you got seems cooked and full of lies,” they said.

It’s also discovered that the envoy independently told a third party investigating about the same that the domestic worker causing the saga was attempting to remain in the UK by trying to file for asylum against the envoy’s best intentions.

The permanent secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr Vincent Bagiire, was unable to be reached while the known numbers for the Amb Nimisha Madhvani, who has been the envoy’s line manager in the UK were off.

The publication revealed that the envoy was recalled back to Uganda three months ago and their tour of duty had ended.

With the allegations dragging the envoy back to Uganda and the acceptance that there was a domestic worker in the footnotes of the allegations appear to align these accusations.

Sources spoken to separately suggest the potential intrigue in foreign service because, the publication was informed, the envoy was due a redeployment.

Anonymous sources suggested that the envoy was due to be reassigned to Dubai, UAE, where a gambling scandal recently saw another envoy recalled.
