Chinese torture in Uganda Unearthed

In a shocking video released by NBS TV, Two Chinese nationals explain the ordeal they went through when their fellow Chinese and the owners of Tiang Tang Group of companies attacked them at their residence in Namanve.

The victims attacked have identified as Liu Quingshan aged 63 years and Lu Hanbin aged 23 years old owners of NEC-WATU automotive s Mbale. The victims were attacked on September 18 2024.

According to ACP Rusoke Kituuma, the police Spokesperson, the Assailants allegedly brutalized the victims, vandalized property and robbed them of two cell phones, a laptop and a desktop computer.

The victims are being treated in an undisclosed hospital in kampala under a security watch.

According to Liu Quingshan, while at their residence in Namanve, he had like someone was breaking their door.

“I heard like someone was breaking the gate, but when I opened, I found out that they had forcefully opened the door and when I opened the door of the house, one of them started shouting my name and ordering the people he was with to catch me. Immediately, they controlled my neck and I was pushed down the stairs,” he said.

It’s reported that the Assailants were armed with iron bars and hammers. They beat the victims to pulp causing them immense damage both physically and emotionally.

The old man got his backbone shuttered and his finger broken while his son Hanbin is nursing head injuries.

The attack was mastermind at Nanjing hotel kololo as several vehicles were seen moving into the facility and later left at once heading to Namanve industrial area to the apartment of Liu Quingshan.

They were guarded by individuals who are believed to be UPDF soldiers. After the attack, the Assailants tried to escape to Mbale but were tracked down and were found at Sino industrial Park Mbale.

Rusoke stated that the Assailants were destined to exit the country before they were tracked down in Mbale.

According to Liu Quingshan, Paul Zhang is directly involved in the attack.
